1. About Us

THUGFIT is owned and operated by ZenLine FZ-LLC, registered under the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates. VAT Compliant. UAE Licensed.

By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

• All products are accurately described with images, sizing guides, and material information
• Colors may appear slightly different on screen due to device display settings
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time
• All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable

3. Orders

• Orders are confirmed via email once payment is successfully processed
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
• You will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued if your order is cancelled by us

4. Payment

• We accept major credit/debit cards and cash on delivery (COD)
• All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways
• We do not store your payment card details
• No additional fees are charged for digital payments

5. Delivery

• We deliver across all emirates in the UAE
• Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to location or high demand periods
• A delivery confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information

6. Free Home Trial

• The Free Home Trial service is currently available in Dubai only
• Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance
• A THUGFIT representative will visit your location with a curated selection of products
• You only pay for what you choose to keep — on the spot
• Items not kept are taken back by our representative — no returns process needed
• The Free Home Trial does not guarantee availability of specific products

8. Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted subject to stock availability
• Contact us within 7–14 days of purchase to arrange an exchange
• Items must meet the same conditions as returns (unused, unworn, original packaging)

9. Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
• Please include photos of the fault or incorrect item when contacting us

• All content on thugfit.ae including logos, images, text, and design is the property of ZenLine FZ-LLC
• No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission from THUGFIT
• The THUGFIT name, TF logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of ZenLine FZ-LLC

11. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts
• Consumers may refer disputes to the UAE Ministry of Economy or the relevant Department of Economic Development (DED)
