UAE Delivery
We deliver across the entire UAE via Emirates Post. All UAE orders are shipped the same business day if placed before 12:00 PM, and delivered the next working day to most locations.

GCC Delivery
We ship to all GCC countries via Emirates Post Express. Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days. Rates below exclude any local customs or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Delivery
We ship worldwide via Emirates Post International Premium. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days depending on destination. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in the destination country — these are the responsibility of the recipient and not included in your shipping charge.

Customs & Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. THUGFIT has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM UAE time (Sunday to Thursday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on Friday/Saturday will be dispatched the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment at any time on the Emirates Post website or via the tracking link in your email.
Important Notes
Volumetric Weight
International and GCC shipments are charged based on actual weight or volumetric weight (L × W × H in cm ÷ 5000), whichever is higher. For lightweight but bulky items, the volumetric weight may apply.
No Cash on Delivery
All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure Stripe payment gateway. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will leave a notification and attempt redelivery. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout to avoid delays.
