We deliver across all UAE emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

We offer flexible delivery options to suit your needs:

• Same-Day Delivery — Place your order before 10:00 AM and receive it the same day (Dubai only)
• Next-Day Delivery — Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be delivered the next business day
• Standard Delivery — 2–5 business days for other emirates

Yes — we deliver worldwide! International shipping is handled through DHL and other trusted carriers. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your location and will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your order. No hidden fees.

You can return eligible items within 7–14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Items that have been used or are not in resellable condition will not be accepted.

We have a dedicated returns portal to make the process as easy as possible:

• Your order details and address will be pre-filled automatically
• Select the item(s) you wish to return and enter the quantity
• Choose your reason for return from the dropdown menu
• Optionally attach a photo and leave feedback
• Submit — our team will review and process your request

Once approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
